i can relate myself to imac dalam pangkuan dia tu masa jadi student graphic art dulu. even my first photoshop work ada image imac tu sebab graphic dia cantik sangat at the time. dan betapa marahnya Jobs kat adobe sebab katanya Adobe malas nak update. and how he hates Flash and go for html5 supaya iphone tak berat,.... tapi lebih pada ego dia sendiri.
kat malaysia hanya 2,3 tahun ini sajalah orang kerap menyebut nama jobs sebab iphone dan ipads. fact is, tak ramai guna mac. even tak tahu sangat OS mac camna tapi itu berbalik pada sejarah jobs keluar dari Apple in mid 80's, or else, mac could have been better.
sebelum satu dunia bersedih semalam, orang2 dalam dunia perkomputeran pun dah maklum sangat tahap kesihatannya, even went further when they said, kalau dia mati ni, status dia macam Kurt Cobain. ada lah juga kebenarannya.
i'm not gonna write the aftermath of post-Jobs-post-Apple-resignation-post-death, tapi lebih kepada whatever happened to the world that i know ever since Jobs and Apple:
- Jobs membuatkan aku lepak Machines on average 5 minit je per visit today. dulu lama, i can even surf the net there sebab tak ramai orang. cuba melawat Machines hari ini dan anda akan dapat rasa tahap exhaustednya sekarang.
- Maynard Keenan dah pandai upload video kat Youtube. Thanks to the iPhone.
- Trent Reznor jadi digital nerd yang lebih menakutkan. bisnes casing iPhone post-major-label dia kencang betul...
- i had to learn a thing or two about desktop publishing, with the old Mac he first invented. or else, i won't be here.
- who needs radio when we can can have podcasting.
- and anything regarding Apple ialah perlambangan status.
